Cairo: Orders shipped to Cairo will be delivered within 2 business days.
Alexandria: Orders shipped to Alexandria will be delivered within 3 business days.
Other Governorates: For orders shipped to any other governorate, delivery will take 5 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

refunding Policy
At Mazhar, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund under the following conditions:
Refund Period: You can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags attached.
Non-Refundable Items: Any items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
After 14 Days
Unfortunately, we cannot process any refunds or returns after the 14-days period has passed.
